Lost or Stolen packagesOnce your package leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for that package. If your package is lost by the Shipping Carrier You can contact them and file a dispute.

ReturnsReturns are only available to unopened packages ( meaning still in bubble wrap mailer) items that come damaged ( Meaning Damaged In shipping by carrier) are Elgilble For Refund. Items that have been tampered with by the consumer are non refundable (no exceptions)

How do I cancel an order? Or add to my orderAll orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.
